the end of a decade

i took this photo last weekend. i see snow all around the world while over here, winter seems to reluctant in arriving.
i cannot believe how quickly this last decade has flown by. it was only yesterday when we were celebrating the millenium. 10 years.. i have spent a lot of time thinking about the past lately.
and i wonder what the next decade has in store for us.
i would like to wish you a very happy new year full of many wonderful adventures!!!

those blossoms in a winter sky are beautiful julie! it's been so cold here that i've looked on protectively at nature lately wondering if it would survive the chill...and of course it has...such delicate things can be amazingly strong and it's inspiring in a whole new way.

i wish you too a bright and special 2010! today we were pondering on how a decade has come and gone so quickly. the first one for us that we really saw pass by as adults with the ups and downs in life that it brings. here's to a new adventure and embracing it with happy hearts! Xx

Oh Julie,
a Happy New Year to you all, too!
Yes it's snowing over here and it's bone-cold but so wonderful...and what a contrast to your blossoms.

The holidays are over and we start moving quicker after having been in Luxembourg for two weeks.

Lot's of Love for the start into a new decade...how is it called?...the tenths?

Such a beautiful and peaceful photo, it is freezing over here (bring on the warmth and sunshine)! Wishing you and your family a fantastic new year, and for your message of "wonderful adventures", may we take it with open arms and explore the details of everyday life.
